About Us:

Believe Ball Elite is dedicated to developing athletes through professional basketball training. We work with players striving to reach the next level, whether it’s high school, college, or professional leagues.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Basketball Training Assistant who has experience playing basketball and a strong passion for the game. This is a volunteer position with the potential to transition into a paid assistant trainer role. Co-op students are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead trainers during basketball skill development sessions
• Demonstrate drills and provide feedback to athletes
• Help set up and organize training sessions
• Motivate and encourage players to improve their skills
• Support with general operations during training

Requirements:

✅ Experience playing basketball (high school, college, or higher)
✅ Passion for the game and player development
✅ Strong communication and leadership skills
✅ Ability to work with athletes of different skill levels
✅ Reliable and committed to scheduled training sessions
