At Believe Basketball Elite, we are committed to delivering high-quality training, competitive experiences, and developmental opportunities for athletes at all levels. Due to the nature of our programming including limited roster spots, facility bookings, and staff scheduling, all payments made to Believe Basketball Elite are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

    •    Program registrations (e.g., camps, clinics, training sessions)

    •    Team fees and showcase participation

    •    Tryout fees

    •    Private or group training sessions

Once payment is made, it secures your place in a program and is non-transferable and non-refundable, regardless of circumstances, including (but not limited to):

    •    Personal scheduling conflicts

    •    Injuries

    •    Weather-related cancellations

    •    Voluntary withdrawal

    •    Misconduct or dismissal from the program

Exceptions may be made solely at the discretion of Believe Basketball Elite and must be requested in writing. In such rare cases, a credit toward a future program may be considered, but is not guaranteed.

By registering for any Believe Basketball Elite service, you agree to abide by this policy.
